Cancellation and Refund

At Journey Junction, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation and refund policies.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. For Group Tours:

    • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the departure date will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
    • Cancellations made between 30 to 59 days before the departure will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the departure are non-refundable.
  2. For Customized and Private Tours:

    • Cancellations made 90 days or more before departure will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
    • Cancellations made between 60 to 89 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 60 days before the departure are non-refundable.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The refunded amount will be transferred back to the original payment method. Please note that certain services like flights and permits may have their own separate refund policies, which we cannot control.

In the event that a tour is canceled by Journey Junction due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), we will offer a full refund or the option to rebook on a later date without any additional charges.
