Itinerary

Day 1Namchi and Samdruptse Hill

Begin your exploration of South Sikkim by visiting Namchi, a town known for its religious and cultural landmarks. Visit Samdruptse Hill, home to a towering 118-foot statue of Guru Padmasambhava, the patron saint of Sikkim. The statue stands as a symbol of peace and harmony, overlooking the surrounding valleys and mountains. Spend time wandering the beautifully landscaped gardens that surround the statue, which offer tranquil spots for meditation and reflection. You’ll also be treated to panoramic views of the Himalayas and the lush Sikkimese countryside.

Day 2Char Dham Pilgrimage and Temi Tea Garden

Visit the Char Dham Pilgrimage Complex, a spiritual and architectural marvel featuring replicas of the four holy shrines of Hinduism. The serene environment, coupled with its scenic location, makes it an excellent place for reflection and photography. Afterward, head to the famous Temi Tea Garden, Sikkim’s only tea estate. Take a guided walk through the neatly manicured plantations, learning about the organic tea production process, and enjoy a tasting of freshly brewed tea while overlooking the picturesque landscape.

Day 3Ravangla and Buddha Park

End your tour with a visit to Buddha Park in Ravangla, where a magnificent 130-foot statue of Lord Buddha sits amidst beautifully manicured gardens. The park offers a peaceful ambiance for meditation and contemplation while also providing panoramic views of the snow-clad Himalayan peaks. Spend time exploring Ravangla town and interacting with the friendly locals before concluding your exploration of South Sikkim.
